Sony Xperia XA2 and Sony Xpedia XA2 Ultra Full Smartphone Review, Specifications, Photos and Price

The newly launched Sony Xperia XA2 and Xperia XA2 Ultra smartphone both sport a "loop surface" design that is made solely of anodised aluminium sides and a diamond-cut finish on the top and bottom. Contrary to most popular mid-range smart phones , the new Xperia XA2 range doesn't feature full-screen, thin-bezel display. But I think Sony makes it up withth a rear-facing fingerprint sensor to match the trend and there are also features such as SmartAmp, Clear Audio+, and Qualcomm's aptX HD audio.

In terms of display, the Sony Xperia XA2 features a 5.2-inch full-HD (1920x1080 pixels) display that is protected with a Corning Gorilla Glass panel. The Sony Xperia XA2 Ultra, on the other hand, has a 6-inch full-HD display.

4G LTE has also been made available for these smartphones in addition to connectivity options such as FM radio, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C port on both the new smartphones. It also packs 32GB internal storage that is expandable via microSD card (up to 256GB). Both smartphones have dual-SIM and single-SIM versions.

For lighting and sustenance, the Xperia XA2 packs a 3300mAh battery, whereas the Xperia XA2 Ultra has a 3580mAh battery. Both support Qnovo Adaptive Charging and Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 technologies apart from the usual Sony's proprietary Smart Stamina mode.

The Sony Xperia XA2 measures 142x70x9.7mm and weighs 171 grams, while the Xperia XA2 Ultra has 163x80x9.5mm dimensions and comes with 221 grams of weight. The Xperia XA2 has Silver, Blue, Black, and Pink colour options. On the other hand, the Xperia XA2 Ultra is available in Silver, Blue, Black, and Pink colour options.

One of the other major difference between the Sony Xperia XA2 and Xperia XA2 Ultra smartphone, is the front camera setup. The Xperia XA2 has a single, 8-megapixel, 1/4-inch Exmor R for mobile image sensor with 120-degree, f/2.4 wide-angle lens. Contrarily, the Xperia XA2 Ultra sports a dual selfie camera setup - comprises a 16-megapixel, 1/2.6-inch Exmor RS for mobile sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS) equipped 88-degree, f/2.0 wide-angle lens and an 8-megapixel, Exmor R for mobile sensor with 120-degree, f/2.4 super wide-angle lens. The primary 16-megapixel camera sensor also supports sensitivity of ISO 6400 in addition to the default ISO 3200 on the secondary 8-megapixel camera sensor.

Must See: Next-gen, Sony Exec Xperia Will Be Coming With Bezel-less Design

Sony Xperia is coming up with something new and unique, They are working on Bezel-less desig smartphone. The Sony company is not known for a low-end smart phones . Right From Time the company has neglected the low-end and even its mid-rangers, they have premium ambitions. With that in mind, Sony can’t afford to keep an old school design when the market leaders have all jumped on the bezel-less bandwagon.

sony-xperia

Managing Director of Sony India, Kenichiro Hibi, has stated that Sony is planning to launch next-gen Xperia phones and “you can expect a completely new design from the devices”. In other words, OmniBalance that has been employed since 2013 with the Xperia Z may be coming to an end.

The mobile market are gradually heading to - 18:9 smartphones with bezel-less designs. And Sony may join this design trend with a new device “soon”.

The Manager Futher said that while the Indian market is focused on entry-level phones, Sony is doubling down on high end and mid-range devices. Something like an Xperia XA1 Plus is billed as “premium mid-range” while even the XZ1 is not the true flagship – that honor goes to the XZ Premium instead. Sony is up to something premium.

Headphone Review:Sony MDR-XB950B1an Extra Bass Wireless Bluetooth Headphone

According to the packaging, this headset is designed to be used with smartphones, and that’s how it is used the most, paired wirelessly.

Read on to know more about whether or not the Sony MDR-XB950B1 is worth your time and money.

Wearing it around your neck while on the move is hugely uncomfortable though - either put it on, or slip it into your bag, if you know what's good for you.

The Sony MDR-XB950B1 promises 18 hours of runtime after a 4-hour charge. There's also an included audio cable that you can use if the battery runs out. Each driver is 40mm in size, and the frequency range is rated at 3Hz to 28,000Hz. Weighing in at 281g, this isn’t the lightest pair of headphones, but as we stated above, it feels comfortable enough. How it sounds is, well, a little more complicated.

The secret to enjoying and maximizing the potential of this headphone,is the companion app, with its equaliser.Which gives you a chance to actually make the MDR-XB950B1 sound good. You can set the amount of bass boost, and it's a control you'll be playing around with a lot to find the sweet spot for the songs you're listening to. Surround sound settings can be tweaked as well. If there had been at least a
few presets that you could change directly from the headphones it would have made this product a lot more versatile, but this is better than nothing, we guess.

General Specifications and Features

If you love trying out new headphones and want somethingwhat really stands out aurally, then this is certainly an interesting option.
