13. Moto G4 series owners must be disappointed. 

I guess Moto phone doesn't care much about the budget smartphone because none of them seem to be getting the Android Oreo 8 update. Not even the moto E series is listed here.

When Is The Moto Oreo Update Scheduled?

Motorola hasn't given a specific date on when the update will start rolling out to the listed devices, but says the update will start rolling out “this fall”. That sounds like anytime from September 2017.
