Provided you have a file manger, or you have downloaded from the link above,

After download, go to the internal or phone storage and look for the Download archive. The downloaded files won't be on the External Storage unless if the Storage options of your phone has been changed to "Store in SD" which can be removed by entering your settings and clicking "Store in Phone/Internal Storage ".
