Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ Has Audio Problem. Not A Good Option For Musicians

It's not been long that Samsung launched the great mobile beasts called Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+, it has had complaints  of all forms from users and now here comes another Complaint of Audio problem. The latest issue now is that the audio is cutting out on their handsets while streaming YouTube videos, playing music, in the middle of games, and more.

This issue was theorized on Samsung's U.S. community forum to be a hardware problem involving faulty wire. The worst of all is that a software update won't be able to fix this problem and many Samsung users discovered that tapping or pressing hard about two-inches above the speaker will turn back the Audio on and repeating this step again will turn the speaker off. This probably indicates that a connection inside phone has loosed. All what Samsung could say was that its a software issue, and refused to exchange their phone for a new one. Many also found out that rebooting their phone or performing factory reset resolved the issue. Now everyone is waiting for Samsung to make another statement concerning the issue and to release software update to fix the issue because no matter how gorgeous a phone  is, once it has an audio problem, the sale will suffer and moreover, there are lots of options  for customers to choose from.

What do you have to say on this audio problem?
